VWS Beijing has been awarded the contract for the provision of the biological aerated filter package for Nanjing City East Wastewater Plant. The contract value is around € 5.8 M. This project is a subproject under the Nanjing Qinhuai River Environmental Improvement Project financed by the Asian Development Bank (ADB).
VWS will provide a Biostyr® solution as the tertiary treatment line for Nanjing City East Wastewater Plant with a total treatment capacity of 200 000 m3/d. 8 No. Biostyr cells, 173 m2 each for nitrification will be installed in the plant.
