VWS China Municipal has been awarded a Solutions Contract for Kunming No.3 WWTP upgrading and extension project at the end of June.

VWS will upgrade the plant by installing the Actiflo^® process for storm water treatment (during wet weather) or tertiary treatment (during dry weather). The capacity of the plant is 210 000 m3/d.

This will be the first Actiflo^® solution designed for storm water treatment in China.
