Fabrication & Assembly
To provide cost-effective tailor-made solutions to our customers VWS Shanghai has set up a manufacturing facility, located within the WaigaoQiao Free Trade Zone in Pudong, Shanghai, with the capability to build both a standard range of products (deionisers, reverse osmosis and CEDI skids) and bespoke systems (all technologies).
With over 700m2 of manufacturing space and a testing bay fully supported with the required utilities we operate an in-house quality management system to ensure Total Quality Control throughout the fabrication and final testing process. Additional manufacturing support is provided from a number of approved, certified fabricators and suppliers who offer system components and manufacturing support for more complex bespoke systems.
