  • Discuss with the any abnormal performance of the system
  • Analyse customers' last performance records, trend the data and recommend changes for optimum operation
  • Check the physical condition of equipment
  • Confirm the influent, discharge and dosing specifications are within specified ranges.

Pre-planned Maintenance Visit

  • Replacement of spare parts and consumables
  • RO and CDI cleaning
  • Piping sanitization
  • Check PLC control, sensors, instruments and I/O
  • Water analysis including hardness, free chlorine, conductivity and pH
